Policies

Every organization needs appropriate policies and procedures to help it run smoothly. MCC has policies to enable it to manage its finances, employ and look after its staff, organise its meetings etc. These types of policies are written and approved by the Governing Board.

As a denomination, MCC also has policies and procedures for the criteria for the affiliation of churches, the ordination process, discipline of ministry leaders etc. These types of church (ecclesial) policies are written and approved by the Council of Elders and/or the Governing Board. 

MCC staff are generally responsible for carrying out the policies agreed by the Governing Board and Council of Elders.
