ILGA-NAC has contracted a Research Consultant Dara Dillon, to spearhead a regional study on the Economic and Employment Realities of 2SLGBTQIA+ People across the Caribbean, Canada, and the U.S.

This project explores how people in our community navigate employment, business, and economic opportunity—acknowledging our resilience while identifying the barriers that inhibit some of us from thriving and/or achieving our fullest potential. The coordinators of this project would like to hear MCC’s stories and perspectives, which are incredibly valuable in shaping recommendations that reflect real experiences across the mentioned diverse regions.
