We continue to give thanks for the justice served in the recent court ruling that protects all Metropolitan Community Churches in the USA from police actions by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on their premises.

Thank you to everyone who contributed information in response to the court’s initial request of all MCC ministry locations. This process was successfully managed and submitted on February 28th by Rev. Nilsa Irizarry along with our USA-based Network Coleaders and Rev. Dexter Brecht.

Thank you as well for those who contributed information to the court’s additional response for a property descriptions of each of those locations. This gathering of this information was successfully managed and submitted thanks to the efforts of Kim Rabon-Noyce, Tammy Rabon-Noyce, Rev. Kerr Mesner, Mike Haase and Rev. Dexter Brecht.

The collection and submission of this information was essential for the implementation of the injunction that will allow us to live more fully in to our values of Inclusion, Community, Spiritual Transformation and Justice
