Journalist and author Nico Lang promotes their newest book, “American Teenager: How Trans Kids are Surviving Hate and Finding Joy in a Turbulent Era,” at King of Peace MCC in Pinellas Park, FL, USA.

Lang, who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, is on a 50- state tour promoting the book, which they describe as “a deep dive into the daily lives of trans teens and their families all across the United States.”
